I have not been ignoring your questions, just trying to figure out some answers
and I have been about brain dead this week. After the holiday the mail has been
stacked to the ceiling, well, almost that much and I have been too tired to do
anything. I will get back to you as soon as I can. Can't answer all the
questions you ask, but maybe have a few answers.
