Thanks for the address to Buy.com. Interesting to see the website. I
checked on the cost to ship, and strangely they are charging the same
amount as the savings! :)

Do you know whether some of the book chains might also carry this book? If
not, don't worry about it. I will call some of the local bookstores to see.

Sounds like a really interesting book to own!
