The original copyright was held by Memphis State University several years
ago after the first edition came out. I was able to get a copy of the first
edition, but later it was no longer available...I understand about
1983(Then) Memphis State University sold their copyright and it was going to
be published again.

I will check tomorrow with the local book store and see if it is available,
or if it can be ordered on special order...Will keep you informed.
