Good morning! Thanks for sharing about your Christmas! That's the ONE
thing I miss about living on our boat...we can't do big family dinners. We
won't be able to see our kids until the middle of next month, but will be
driving up to Monticello, AR to see our daughter and the grandkids. Our
family is spread out over three states. David and I are in New Orleans, our
son and daughter are in Mississippi, about 90 min apart, and our oldest is
up in Arkansas with the grandbabies. When we go up there next month, we
will get to bring our granddaughter back with us for a couple of months.
The boys are almost 6 and 8, so they are in school. They will come this
summer. It gives the parents a little break, and lets us spoil the kids a
little (ok, a lot!) I can't wait to see them, haven't seen them since
October at the youngest daughters wedding. With our family so spread out,
it really makes my family reasearch more important to me. I look forward
to all your posts, and especially having my coffee with Junebug! We are
really looking forward to the new year, with new friends and "new" family.
