Paula:
It will take me a few days, as I would like to do all the copying
at one time. We lived at Sage, near where the Guion road
turned off of 69. The road sign said 9 miles, but as crooked
as it was, the distance was probably no more than 5. The
conditions had to be just right and we didn't hear them more
than a few times a year.
My parents were good friends of Ed and Rachel Deimer at
Guion, also knew the Loveladys. My Mom did a lot of sewing
for Rachel and Dad and I would go down and Ed would take
us trout fishing on the river. Ah, those were the good old days,
I miss them.......................Harold B
