I am looking for information on Joseph Montgomery and his wife Annie
Cantrell. All the information I have on them is their daughter, Sallie
Gertrude was b 17 Nov 1905 in Yellville, Ark d 20 Feb 1922 in Council Hill,
OK. Sallie married my uncle Lawrence Melton. Sallie is support to have had
a brother Jesse and a sister Julie who married a Stiner. If anyone has any
information about this family I would appreciate it. This family married
into two of my direct lines - Melton and Stiner (from my White line). Also
Lawrence Meltons brother, Ted had a daughter Patsy Melton. She married A. J.
Cantrell. A.J. is related to Sallie Gertrude Montgomery Melton through the
Cantrells. Would love to know how these Montgomery and Cantrells match up.
Any information would be appreciated.
