Me again. Isabel was thought to be of Indian descent through the fly
connection.
Not sure if this is true as we are not sure who she is connected to yet.
If, I miss led you I am in error. I have found that her husband James Martin
is of Cherokee heritage. I have this proof. Hope I haven't sent anyone on a
wild goose chase. However, James Martin is for sure.
Evelyn, I am wondering if anyone has tried obtaining a death record for
James Melton that died in Barry, CO, MO. The only data that has been passed
on to me and everyone else is that they must have passed on between 1850 and
1860. Do you think that it could be that simple, obtaining his death record
and possibly it would give us his parents name?
