Hi Rosemary
your file is currupted, you need to replace it when you reinstall it see's the file and
will not write over it, you should find it in your windows/system folder
C:\windows\systems\ole2nls.dll is where it is on my computer.
you can also try copying it to your FTW folder, sometimes it has just lost the path
and if its in the FTW folder that is the first place it looks.
