Just speculation - I do that a lot. There was a Joseph D Melton who married
Mary Ann Melton Aug 18, 1853 in Hickman County Kentucky. There is that JD
Melton & Mary Melton in the 1880 Izard Co. Census who have an 18 yr old
daughter. Wonder if that could be those melton's? Mike was JD Melton in
the 1890 census? or Just Mary and Children? and is this the JD your looking
