I have a book or booklet (written for a family reunion) on the Wheeler
family of Clay Co. They came to Independence Co. and then into Clay
Co.after the Civil War. This was written by Lela Wheeler Porterfield who
was b in 1887. Appears to have been written in mid 1950's.
Names are:
Hubbard, Moxey, Brown,Webb,Bracket, Parrish, Templeton, Porterfield,
Stewart and more.
