For photocopies of records relating to service in WWI or II, or subsequent
service, write to:

National Personnel Records Center (Military Records), NARA, 9700 Page
Boulevard, St. Louis, MO 63132

This is off the Form #80 National Archives Order for Copies of Veterans
Records, which you use for records prior to WWI. This form is sent to
different address
