Hi Bill,

Did you just install Year 2000 from Microsoft? Cause that's when I
started getting the Japanese message thing. So I redownloaded
Explorer 5.0 from the Web and then installed the disc again and no
more Japanese messages. I think it's a glitch in the 2000 disc. Also
couldn't print in Outlook Express till I did this.
