Hi, Ireceived and installed the Microsoft Year 2000 Resource CD that
was sent to me by Microsoft after I called. First I had to download
IE 5.0, then the rest. At first whenever I went to Outlook Express
(usually on Betty's name as it is among the first (alphabetly). I got
a message, "Install on demand. Download Japenese Text Display
Support." When I said, "ok," it gave me a message that this could not
be done. Also I could not print in Outlook Express. So I downloaded
5.0 again from the Internet (used a search engine) and then
reinstalled the Year 2000 disk. This time when I got to Betty's name
I got the same message. But this time it went ahead and installed it.
Also now I can print. So I thought there must be a "glitch" in the
2000 disc (at least on mine).

Hope this helps.

Charlotte
