I think I AM getting old! I remember planning to call them, and I must
have gotten side-tracked, because I don't remember ever actually dealing
with it!

I need to go back & retry the same outline to see what happens. I would
suggest that you might wish to give them a call. Try the 1-800- #, to see
if there are any other complaints. Sometimes they will do a patch.

I have a busy day, so I probably won't get around to it, as we have an
appointment with estate planners today.

Perhaps you can share what you find out, if you call?
