Joan Cale

OZARK Joan Eileen Cale, 54, of Ozark died Tuesday, Oct. 24, 2000, in
Fort Smith. She was a certified nurses aide and a member of Ozark Church
of Christ.

Funeral will be 2 p.m. Friday at Ozark Church of Christ under the direction
of Shaffer Funeral Home of Ozark.

She is survived by her husband, Robert; two daughters, Yvonne Maier of
Wichita, Kan., and Brenda Cale of the home; one son, Dwayne Cale of North
Little Rock; her father, Virgil Herrell of Wichita; three sisters, Judy
Smith of San Antonio, Texas, Joyce Thomas of Benicia, Calif., and Jean
Coon of Oklahoma City; two brothers, Steve Herrell of Wichita and Tim Herrell
of Midland, Texas; and two grandchildren, Nicholas and Zachary Maier.

Pallbearers will be C.A. Kuykendall, John Johnson, Randy Cooley, Frank
Woolsey, Don Farris and Toby Hogan.

The family will visit with friends from 6:30 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral
home.
