JAMES MILLER

OZARK James C. Miller, 74, of Ozark died Thursday, Sept. 21, 2000, in
a local hospital. He was a retired heavy equipment operator, a World War
II Navy veteran and a member of the Church of Christ in Alma.

Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Monday at the Fort Smith National Cemetery
under the direction of Lewis Funeral Chapel of Fort Smith.

He is survived by his wife, Sue; one daughter, Melinda Chrisman of Ozark;
one son, David of Mulberry; three sisters, Jo Brown and Jean Miller, both
of Arlington, Texas, and Wilma King of Vine Prairie, Texas; four grandchildren,
Jason and Chad Miller and Ryan and Leann Chrisman; and one great-grandchild.
