Hi Jeannie,

In July my half year tax was reduced from $1275. ..to $939. I had applied
for HEAP. Then about 3 months ago Governor Strickland passed something that
will lower everyone's taxes. My taxes in January should be $800 per half. I'll
let you all know if that's what it really is. Cuyahoga County Ohio has one of
the higest taxes. Even if we get HEAP it will still be lowered more
