Have you noticed how some folks are trying to change the pronunciation of
some words? All my life I thought winter was just that, winter. But now it
has
changed like the weather and is no longer winter. It is now called WINTUR or
WENT-HER
by some folks. And just the other day while watching the weather channel the
fellow was
talking about a storm out in the Atlantic and pointed out the center of the
storm. But he
didn't say center, he said CENTUR or SENT-HER. And how about a brand new one
I
just heard when watching a world series game over the week end. One of the
players
squared to bunt and the announcer said. "He's BUNT- IN," The G has completly
dissapeared
from bunting. Carson in FL.
