Hi Shirley, Why have I heard nothing of this flooding in WV? I'm in NH and
rely on national news to keep me updated on happenings. What is a strip
pond? Why are you concerned it may break loose? Is it like a lake? Hope
you'll take time to answer my questions. My prayers go out to anyone who
might be having hardships! Angie
