Patricia, The Appalachian Trail runs from somewhere in Maine to somewhere
in Georgia. I believe that whole mountain range is called Appalachia. The
Trail may run thru W VA, But I dont' believe it does. The moountains of WV
are in that chain, but so are the mountains of several other states. I grew
up in the hill of SW VA, but have not lived there for quite a while. May
