This site searches several used and new book sources at one swoop. I found
a 4th ed. For $39.00 after this thread started.

downloaded the pdf version, and am watching for a deal on a hard copy (4th
ed. or earlier) on ebay. You all have saved me a lot of money! Now I can buy
another book.... ;-)
