Donn, we've seen so many different thoughts on this that the original
details are getting fuzzy; but my recollection is that there were *not* "two
widows who joined in the deed." If I recall correctly, Polly confirmed my
suspicion that the older widow died a few months before the deed was
executed; so only the younger widow participated.
Polly, would you refresh our memory?
