I noticed as well that all of the exhibitor space for NGS is now sold out.
That said, my firm had a booth booked but it has transpired that May will be
too busy a month for any of us to get away from the UK to head over to
Virginia and I cancelled our booth space earlier today. So if you know of
anyone who is still looking for an booth, then get them to drop Jeanne Lund
at NGS a line as one is now available.

(And of course if you know of anyone looking for a customised ancestral
vacation back in Europe, get them to drop me a line..!)

Good afternoon folks,

I just made my reservations at the Marriott Richmond for the conference in
May. The block reserved by NGS has sold out completely. I had to take a
regular room in the hotel at almost double the rate set by the hotel for
NGS. I am staying only four nights - Tuesday through Friday, leaving early
on Saturday morning.

There are two other hotels taking reservations but they are a half mile from
the convention center. This means round trips each day will require a walk
of one mile.

Just thought those on APG List might want to learn about the shortfall of
the conference.
