Is there a way to save the entire Inbox in one fell swoop, or does each e-mail have to be saved individually?

Ernest, I save my e-mails to either my personal e-mail folder or to my
genealogy surname folders on my C-Drive before I back them up to CD.
In Outlook Express, click on "File," and then "Save As" to save your mail to
your hard drive.
Most of the time I save e-mail as text documents because those files are
smaller. Sometimes I save them as .eml when I want to preserve special
formatting.
If I were going to save your post to this list, I'd save it on my C-Drive,
in my GENEALOGY folder, in the APG folder, as "12-31-05 Ernst to APG Re
Saving Files.txt."
This is what the saved e-mail text document would look like:

I consider myself pretty computer savvy so I think the answer to this is
going to be something so obvious I'll be embarrassed later. Of course
sometimes the obvious is what is hard to see. . . .
Hope this helps.
