Subject: [APG] Emergency Plan Update / Question of the Day

First of all, thanks to all of you for your
kind comments.
After I had posted my reply to the "Question
of the Day" posting, I realised I had left out
one very important point. One point I feel must
be included in the model emergency plan is a
discussion of what is necessary to keep digital
files from becoming outdated. This, of course, is
needed to make sure emergency backup arrangements
aren't rendered useless. The details may also be
relevant for other reasons as well, and I had
intended to mention the fact that I would be
considering them in my reply, but forgot. Too
much rushing around for the holidays.
