As an archivist, I would cite the name of the business as it was, with a
note about the name change. In this case, you should also probably make a
note about the name on the printed forms. This is similar to locating an
event in a place that has been in more than one county because of boundary
changes, where you might say "Lehigh [now Northampton] County, PA."
