The Official Roster of the Soldiers of the State of Ohio is not online.
However, Ohio units are included on the Civil War Soldiers System site at
http://www.itd.nps.gov/cwss/

The Ohio Adjutant General Records for the Civil War era are held at the
Ohio Historical Society in Columbus. Their Web site is
http://www.ohiohistory.org.
