I have only today had time to read through many of the e-mail messages that
have come in during the past week. I was impressed to find out that Tera at
Ancestry.com e-mailed me last Monday, almost a week ago, with the list of
what is on their CD set. It is too long of a list to include here, but I
will forward it as an attachment to anyone that wants it, but I will include
a snipet at the end of this message. Tera did not explain how Ancestry.com
obtained the information, nor what quality control procedures were used. It
appears to me that most (all?) of the information came from out-of-copyright
books that they scanned and OCRed.
