I am interested in compiling a list of history and genealogy contests or
awards designated for young contestants or would be appropriate for young
people to enter. For example, DAR has a history writing contest, the Boy
Scouts have a genealogy merit badge, etc.

If you know of a contest or award that young people might enter, please
send me as much information as you know about it. I'd like to have these
before Richmond to share with classroom teachers.
