Perhaps some of you can help with this question. A friend recently
contacted me about sending for the complete file for a recently deceased
person. She has his Social Security # and wrote with proper information
and money to Baltimore for the complete file. He person died 7 months
ago and she received a response back that the complete file was no
longer available, no further explanation. Do any of you have knowledge
of how long they are retaining the files? Not over 6 months?
