Send a letter or email to the Executive Secretary of APG
() identifying the people involved and the details
of the situation. The issue will be assigned to the committee specifically
designated to handle these matters and the chair of the committee will
contact you.

The APG-L list is a good place to talk about the process and maybe past
actions (in general) but not appropriate for a discussion of a particular
instance.
