My Amos line goes back to Green Amos, b. 1844, Etowah, AL. (I think I have the info. even further back than that, but will have to get a copy from relatives.)

(I also need to get info. on what child of Green's, I am kinned to.)

My grandfather, Floyd Amos, was a Baptist minister, in Fort Worth, TX. (suburbs of). He died in late 1960's).

Floyd Amos (my grandfather) married Vesta Chaffin.

(I am trying to find the line of my grandmama, Vesta Chaffin, born OK.)

My grandfather (Floyd Amos) was part Choctaw Indian.
My grandmama (Vesta Chaffin), was 1/4 Cherokee Indian.

Please contact me if you are kinned to this Amos line.

I will also be adding more information on this line, as soon as possible.

Thank you,
