I have been remiss in failing to credit the source of 3 diaries, Fairlie,
Gore, and Parker. Forgetting this diary again gives me a chance to make
amends.

More July 13, 1779 report:

Robert Parker, Lieutenant, 2nd NY Artillery, "Rose early in the morning &
pursued our journey to camp where we arrived at 8 o'clock, hungry &
fatigued."

Flick, A. C., THE SULLIVAN-CLINTON CAMPAIGN IN 1779: CHRONOLOGY AND SELECTED
DOCUMENTS; 1775-1779; (University of State of New York, Albany, 1929); State
Library of North Carolina.

Elvin Birth, born at 41.230744, -76.258502, NAD27 a while back.
Now greeting each new day at <http://home.bellsouth.net/p/PWP-EEB>;
