I've followed my family through my g grandmother Sarah Augusta Veale
Aldridge, born in Gloucester (UK) in 1840. She was one of the 5 children
(others are George, William, Ralph and Albert) I've traced to Samuel
Aldridge (b 1814) and his wife Ann (Nee Veale, b 1819) between 1840 and
1851.

Does anyone have any information about this family? I will be very grateful
for any details.

I have locateed them in the 1851 census of Gloucester, and I have birth and
marriagfe certificates for Sarah A V A (quite a mouthful! What was she
called in school?)
