Surname: Stewart, Whyn, wynn

Looking for information about my uncle,John(Jack)Stewart.
Jack came to Edgerton after WW1 from Millport, Isle of Cumbrae, Scotland.
We understand he worked on the Whyn/Wynn farm around the Edgerton area.
Later, he married Beatrice Whyn/Wynn who was by that time a widow, about
1928 .
Beatrice and her first husband had adpoted a son, Roy.
Jack and Beatrice moved to B.C. after WW2
Can anyone help.
