Hi Cheryl, I managed to find a death notice for Cornelia WHITE born DAVEL is
South Africa but it does not give parents names other than Mother was Mrs
Davel staying with CJ Blignaut, Bredell in SA. She died at Central
Hospital in Lusaka in 3/12/1964 and that is it. CJ Bligtnaut was a brother
in law as her one sister, Anna married the Blignaut.

Thats it for now.

Hi Moyra, I 've had a couple of replies back but nothing is connected. There
are quite a few people on Genesreunited that are researching the Davel name
and all seem to be from South Africa, Zimbabwe Zambia area. Have you got any
more information that can help me, even the smallest piece of info could
help. Have you looked at the Ancessty24 web site? Could be of some use to
you.

Cornelia was born in Boshoff is South Africa in 1922 and had a brother and
four sisters, Anna, Elizabeth and Maria, the other names are not known at
present. She married Eric Albert KING in Pretoria around 1942 but died in
Lusaka in 1964. Eric died in Johannesburg in 1996.

I havent really come up with anything but may have one or two leads for you.
Are you a member of Genesreunited.... if so do a search with just the name
Davel and there are a few people in the list who could be connected to
Cornelia, and possably still living in the area where she died. If yr not a

have very little info, so here goes.

Cornelia Petronella WHITE born DAVEL died in Lusaka on 3 Dec 1964. Is
there any way we can see if there is a grave or grave stone or even a death
notice so we can see who her parents were?

Unfortunatley its one of the hardest places to get any info from. Do u know
where abouts in Zambia yr births/deaths were? If you do, try googling for a
web site for the town and put a message on their forum.... thats how I found
my rellies, was very lucky. There is a web site worth looking at, you might
get some info from but I dont think you will be able to post anything on it.

Have u tried Ancestry? Or posting on the Genes reunited forum.... there are
some very clever people on there and lots of good advice.
If u dont have ancestry I have access to the full website if u want any help
