Found Max in the California death index.
Harris had three sisters Ida, Natalie "Nechi" & Rebecca and one brother, David.
I don't know Adolf but have Rolf or Wolf Adler with Hyman.
In 1910 a Wolf Addler,5, was one of 4 small children boarding with a Mary Williams and her adult daughter, Ruth Williams.
Natalie's sons Samuel & Harry went to live with her brother David Nollman after her death. Rolf was living with Hyman. Goodman was living at the Home for Destitute Jewish Children, on Harvard Street, Dorchester in 1920. Goodman Adler was twelve at the time. He was born in Massachusetts to Russian parents. As Joseph Adler had died shortly after Goodman's birth and would have been orphaned by 1916, I think it possible that this is one of the couples unnamed sons.
You also wrote me that you had "spoken to "Aunt Kay" who remembered Nechi (the name the family knew her by.) She remembered her and that she had a daughter, Edith. Edith went to live with a Joseph [?] Adler (May have been her uncle on her father's side) when she was orphaned. She did not know what happened to the boys, but thought they went to a Orphanage." I've never been able to find anything on Edith
