There is an Indian Princess legend in the Ferguson line I am in--this would explain it. Robert Adams married Mourning Lewis, daughter of Hugh Lewis and Indian princess, Nikita
Oppecamanugh. This Ferguson line was always working with the Indians someway. Thank you, Granny.
