She is my great-grandmother,probably born in Virginia in 1840 or so.
Her daughter, Sarah Frances (Nickles) Thompson was born March 16,1860 in
Missouri possibly Christian County. Nancy also had a son, Silas, born
in 1863 in Missouri. Sarah married John Allen Thompson in 1884 in
Missouri. They had three sons, one was my Daddy. Nancy Adams' Father
was possibly born in Tennessee and her Mother in Kentucky , possibly.
I do not know any other information about this Adams family. I got the
Nancy Adams name from Grandma Thompson;s death certificate listing Nancy
Adams (her maiden name) as Sarah's Mother. I would greatly appreciate
any information or how I could find information on this Adams family.
