Would there have been one particular Railway Company using this Dee Valley
line - or perhaps a number of companies?

Les: Many thanks for this. I tend not to make comparisons but further
reading suggests that the position of the Procurator Fiscal would be the
Coroner in England & Wales.
Relating to the death in 1863 where apparently a Police Constable became
involved apparently there would have been no report.
Would George Brown's death have been determined as a "Railway Accident" or
where one passenger fell to his death, if the definition of "Railway
Accident" was where death took place caused by being on a train.
