Make a suggestion here.........get the OPR film on Rothiemay
#0991194..........I have some Innes folks off it 1682, 1693, 1698, but it
was hard to read and also I wasn't looking for Innes folks, I was searching
for my 1st McGregor family. From 1703 George Innes in Arhiurlorth (?) had a
dau by his wife Isobol --- baptised called George. One Robt....May 7 1698
Robt Innes in .......... had a .....baptised called Janet brefore witnesses,
James Innes, Robt Sharp, G....Pirie and Margaret Wright. You will likely
find what you are looking for.....or go to SP and find 22 Dec 1693 John son
lawful to Robert Innes and Issobal (looks like Alour) in Lecorfer (Leuchars
maybe?) witness John Innes and John Alexander. Since you will get more than
what you ask for.......the whole page, it might be worth your while to copy
off some pages. Just a thought. Goldie

I am trying to link some branches in the family of Robert ( Oynie )Innes.

On the 22 Dec1693 Robert Oynie, living in Rothiemay, had a child with his
wife Issob. Alexander named John.

John Oynie or Innes on the 7 Jun.1720 married Janet Forbes. There was one
child named William born 19 March 1721.

I could not find any more children with Janet Forbes. Was there more than
one child in this family? Did the father, John, remarry?

Regarding the FamilyChurch site, when you get on to their site, instead of
logging-in to the new site, click on the old site and then log-in. You will
get results the old way.

William
