I think that that Stoats were imported to New Zealand, after the imported
Rabbits became a pest.
Of course the Stoats forgot to eat the rabbits, & started eating the
native ground birds etc., & have become a nasty pest.
Years ago, our young cat caught a Stoat, however, he was very careful,
broke it's neck obviously keeping away from those horrible teeth.
I will be so generous, you may have all your Rabbits & Stoats , & Scotch
Thistles returned anytime you like, to the UK..
We will retain the Bagpipes, & Shortbread.
