I found the marriage on the IGI in 1809 Aberdeen AB, then found some
children, but no James McG Walker. I also searched the free BMD's and there
are lots of Walkers in there for the years 1848-1855, but no James McG
Walkers. If the shoe was on my foot I would want to see the Aberdeen film
and see if he just got missed......and if you know the name of his first
wife, order the marriage cert.......if you can find him on the free BMD
site. It would also be worth trying to find his parents on the '41/51
census and see what is there........Goldie
