I've seen that a few times. The registrar *may* have asked 'Father's
name?' of the son, and got just that, his father's name, not his
grandfather's. Also, 'Chelsea Pensioner' = Army Pensioner.

It could be worse; I'm struggling with a death of a James, who I'm sure
was actually a Peter...:0(
