I've already responded to this enquiry on another List, but to avoid
building up any false hopes, I will repeat:

No. The survival of the 1695/6 Poll Books for Aberdeenshire is a
fortunate but one-off historical accident. I have never heard that
similar documents for any other county have survived. And while there
were similar "Poll Taxes" in the some of the later years of the 17th
century, I have never heard that details of the returns of any of them
have survived.
