Hello List,
Enclosed here is a list of some of the members that attended the Free
Melville Church in Aberdeen ( CH3 / 922 at the National Archives in
Edinburgh ). It left The Established Church in 1756 became the Original
Secession Church Burgher Section when that split it became The Old Light
Synod, it later returned to the Established Church , it split again to be
part of the Free Church, then The United Free Church and then back to the
Established Church.
( Hope some of you may find some missing ancestors )
