Anne, unfortunately I can't help you with your White family, but your
mother must have been living in Rye about the same time that my family (and me!)
were living there. I do remember Blind Brook...our dog used to take great
joy in getting loose, and going in swimming there. One time, though, he
came back and had obviously had an encounter with a skunk and the skunk came
out the winner!
It was a great place to live!
