Hi All,

Because there has been a lot of messages lately, posted to the wrong address, we
feel it is the right time to post a little reminder of what each address is used
for.

To send a message to the List ................
To write to the List Admin .....................
To Subscribe/Unsubscribe Mail Mode .......
To Subscribe/Unsubscribe Digest Mode ....

NOTE:
Any address with <request> in it means that there is a Robot at the other end
which can only read two words - subscribe & unsubscribe. ANY other words in the
main body of the message OR anything in the subject line just confuses it and
your message will NOT be processed and will bounce to the the List
Administrator.
