Hello Marinika
It depends what records you are referring to.
Civil Registration only started in 1855 and from that time to 1875, 1881
1891 all births and marriages are on the IGI. These you can get copies from
Slat Lake City for a small amount.
Before 1855 the records come from Christenings and marriages from parish
records so you cannot get a certificate for these. They are available to
view on films from LDS FHC, on OPR's
