Just saw your note ret MILNE's

We have some too but don't have many details

Fred in New Zealand is doing a SHAND family tree and thinks all
our SHAND's went to NZ. In the Book project info. I have been given
it says
Your Forebearers
SHAND William and MILNE Isabella
SHAND George and GIBB Margaret
SHAND George and PAGE Letitia

Birthdate for the 2nd George is 20 Nov 1829 Inverurie ABD SCT

This George m. in London, went to Australia
My ggrandmother Letitia SHAND b. Au 1853, then moved to Dunedin NZ
marrid John DRAPER and returned his home town Lincoln Eng. but
she died in 1880. Only found out about her 1998 after being in Au 36 years!

Just wondering if there is a MILNE connection but I know absolutely
nothing about Isabella MILNE, some info. may be in the Book which
I am guessing will come out in NZ probably in 2000 either in
Auckland or Dunedin.
